By the end of 2011,the number of national credit guarantee companies had reached 4,282.In 2011,the number of new loans increased by 1935 billion yuan.The rapid development of credit guarantee companies has provided strong financial support for the development of small and medium-sized companies in China,which has a significant role in promoting the development of small and medium-sized companies and even individual businesses in China.Meanwhile,with the expansion of the number of credit guarantee companies,their own management,especially the risk management system of credit guarantee companies exposed more and more problems.In this context,studying the impact of customer risk on credit guarantee companies and how to manage customer risk more effectively is of great significance for realizing the healthy development of guarantee companies and small and medium-sized enterprises.Under the guarantee market environment,the guarantee customer's various behaviors will directly or indirectly lead to the risk of the guarantee company.Based on the study of the guarantee business of a certain guarantee company in Zhoushan,this paper USES relevant data and VAR model to analyze the impact of customer risk on the risk level of the guarantee company from an empirical perspective.Based on the analysis results to determine the customer management development strategy of the company's guarantee business.Finally,based on the development strategy,the corresponding risk prevention and control of customers and the specific countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward.
