An Study On Effect Of Financial Education Investment To Economic Growth In Jiangxi Province

With enhanced contribution to the economic science and technology, and the exploration of the technological progress and education influence, our country realize the role of education investment in economic growth and pay more attention to education. Xi Jin ping, general secretary said in the "how can we do a good job of education", that education developed, technology progress and economic revitalization a supplement of each other, the unification of the gradual process, its basis lies in education. Under the guidance that "science and education promotes Jiangxi", the total investment in education in Jiangxi province grows faster, the structure more reasonable, but we must admit that there are many shortcomings of the education investment situation.Under the condition of the current education in Jiangxi province, this paper tries to introduce the factor of human capital, and sets up the bridge of human capital, between education investment and economic growth, to explore the effect of education investment on human capital and the contribution of human capital to economic growth. At the same time, according to the theory of public goods, this paper analyzes the primary, secondary and higher education are which kind of public products,then, according to the analysis, studies what kinds of role should government play in different education grade. On the basis of the human capital theory and public goods theory, three theoretical models are established in this paper, which study the influence of the education investment on human capital, the influence of the three education grade investment on human capital and the influence of the human capital on economic growth.Based on established models,this paper makes an empirical study of Jiangxi Province from 1996 to 2011,by a lot of research methods,such as, ADF unit root test,co-integration test, OLS liner regression and ridge regression etc. The results show that :Firstly, the education investment has a great role in promoting human capital, and among them the financial education investment play an important role. Secondly, financial and non-financial education investment in the three-level education have different degrees of influence on human capital. Lastly, human capital also has a promoting effect on economic growth, by Internal function and external function.According to the actual circumstance of education in Jiangxi province in the description of the contrast to the situation at home and abroad, combined with the result of empirical test, this paper finds that there are some problems in the education investment in Jiangxi province and puts forward some Suggestions which may provide certain reference of Jiangxi province in total education investment regulation and balanced input structure.
