Human Capital Investment And Economic Growth In China

This research presents the study of investment of human capital and it's relation with economy growth. The paper discusses the significant role of human capital investment especially the education investment by expounding relations between of human capital investment and economy growth in global intellectual economy era. The study analysis the existing status and the setback of human asset investment in China and the recommendations are made for conclusion. The paper consists of 5 chapters.Chapter 1 gives the context of the study and explains the important impact of enhance the investment of human capital on economic development. The paper further briefs the arguments and achievements of the study which is detailed presented in Chapter 5 with author's"one on one"education program recommendation.A nation's economy and society sustainable development requires efficient investment and utilization of human asset. It has been confirmed by China's"Eleventh Five Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development"that it is a long term strategy to build a strong nation through human asset investment. This strategy shows a notion that in order to guarantee the economy and society's continuing development and survive in global economic competition the quality of our nation's labor force has to be improved.Chapter 2 introduces theoretic research on human capital both in Chinese and foreign academies aimed at fully understanding its relationship with economic growth.
