Empirical Research On The Relationship Between New-Type Urbanization And Resource Environment Of Jiangxi Province

The construction of ecological civilization has great significance to the Newtype urbanization, exploring the relation between urbanization and resources environment has become a research hot spot currently. Firstly, according to the meaning and characteristics of the New-type urbanization, this paper build a comprehensive evaluation index system including five systems of economic development, population development, social development, urban and rural, resources and environment, assign weights by entropy method, For a new-type urbanization and 11 cities in Jiangxi province to carry on the comprehensive evaluation. Then draw lessons from the core concept of decoupling from 2008 to 2013 in Jiangxi province, the level of resources and environment pressure and the relationship between urbanization rate and quantitative evaluation, the internal reasons are parsing..New-type urbanization evaluation results show that the regional development of urbanization in Jiangxi province presents gradient features, uneven regional development problems and urbanization and resource environment uncoordinated phenomenon. During the period of 2008-2013, Jiangxi Province in the industrial wastewater and smoke(powder) dust control aspects of good, environmental stress has gradually reduce; Sulfur dioxide and solid waste pollution performance slightly bad, need to continue to strengthen control. Yichun city industrial wastewater emissions in each level is in a state of growth; Nanchang need to reduce sulfur dioxide emissions; Also need to pay attention to reducing emissions of industrial smoke dust(powder); Jiujiang industrial solid waste pollution is more serious. These cities need to highly polluting industries and enterprises to strengthen supervision and management, guide the heavy pollution industry to carry on the transformation and upgrading, improve the level of recycling of resources, realize the harmonious development of economical and intensive, ecological livable, a new-type of urbanization.
