With fierce market competition, serious environmental pollution and the increasing scarcity of resources, remanufacturing is an effective way to solve these problems. For society, manufacturing is a solution to the serious environmental pollution and the increasing scarcity of resources. For enterprises, manufacturing not only improve resource utilization, reduce production costs and increase profits, more importantly, reduce the dependence on upstream suppliers, enhance the enterprise's competitiveness. In enterprise's logistics system, inventory cost is a large part of the cost. Good inventory control can accelerate enterprise liquidity, reduce inventory holding cost, increase enterprise's profits, what's more it can make the enterprise's logistics system operational efficiency. For the reasons of the rapid change, big market demand and can repeatedly remanufacturing, electronic products' remanufacturing has become a hot research.By comparing the same and differences between remanufacturing logistics and reverse logistics, combined with researchers' definition, this thesis elaborated the concept of manufacturing, analyzed the reasons causing the uncertainty environmental. On this basis, analyzed the manufacturing inventory system of TCL Group, pointed out the problems of inventory, combine these uncertainties and the actual situation together,researched the stochastic inventory model and fuzzy programming model, given The method of solving thses models.This thesis illustrated by the case of TCL color television, verify the effectiveness of the model. On the basis of sensitivity analysis, provided relevant theoretical support to TCL Group's remanufacturing inventory system. Have effect on enterprise to reduce inventory costs and increase the profits.
