| With economic development, technological progress and product life cyclecontinuously shortening, waste products. Remanufacturing is not only a solution toshortage of resources and environmental pollution, in an effective way, but also made ansignificant way of developing enterprise economy. Construction machinery industry hasdeveloped rapidly in our country, construction machinery with the characteristics whichare high monomer price, high maintenance cost, high metal content and strong demand forrecycling, etc. Therefore it is necessary to analysis the remanufacturing problems ofconstruction machinery enterprise, from a systems perspective.This paper begins with construction machinery enterprise characteristics, andcombines with the three common kinds of reverse logistics mode, then it analysisadvantages and disadvantages of each mode, and determines the weight value of eachfactor by AHP, at last it obtains co-construction is the best mode of constructionmachinery industry reverse logistics according to identifying the better mode by fuzzycomprehensive evaluation method. Then two sources stochastic inventory model isestablished based on co-construction, the characteristics that construction machineryindustry, inventory control theory and manufacture inventory control theory. Strategiesare put forward based on mathematical examples and sensitivity analysis on the problemsof construction machinery parts stochastic double model. Finally, remanufacturingclosed-loop supply chain multi-echelon inventory control model is established applyingfor the supply chain theory and multi-echelon inventory theory. Strategies are put forwardaiming at different subjects by sensitivity analysis and the study of inventory coordinationbetween supplier and manufacturer.This paper establishes the inventory model of manufacture of single stage andmulti-echelon supply chain and providing further strategies support on constructionmachinery manufacturing enterprises. |
