At present, modern Internet and e-commerce are developing rapidly. Globalization, intellectualization, information, digitalization and networking trends are driving the world economy to move towards a “borderless” new economic era.The fact that network marketing is an important branch of modern industrial and business administration, has already been accepted by many scholars and enterprises managers, and the relevant network marketing theories and methods have also been wide utilized and improved by the enterprises and garment e commerce is obviously not an exception.Nowadays the Russian e-commerce has not achieved the levels of Chinese development. But Russia's garment companies already started learning from China's experience. Now the Russian traditional enterprise while conducting traditional commodity trading are also trying to exert the effect of E-commerce.Russian President Vladimir Putin in the report of Russian Federation National project "information society(2011-2020)" mentioned: “E-commerce development is one of the priorities of the national economic development”. Thus, in this situation, the Russian scientific community needs to carry out more research works concerning the role of e-commerce network marketing, including the customer communication strategy and trade strategy using the network marketing method.Under such circumstances, this research paper, firstly, tries to sort out theories network marketing, modern e-commerce, and the electronic commerce network marketing strategy related theory and the research works of numerous domestic and foreign scholars, providing a theoretical and research base for later research works. Secondly, through the analysis of the marketing environment of network of Russia, Russian network shopping market situation and analysis of Russian e-commerce garment market network marketing presents situation, points out the existing problems and challenges Russian e-commerce garment enterprises are facing while implementing network marketing in Russian e-commerce garment enterprises. Thirdly, taking the WildBerries as an example, through SWOT analysis it analyses in depth the necessity and feasibility of expanding its Indian market. Fourthly, taking China's B e-commerce garment company as an example, through analyzing the enterprise network marketing strategy, to understand the successful model, innovation and characteristics of Chinese enterprises' network marketing. And lastly, it provides some suggestions for the network marketing strategy and type of Russian ecommerce garment enterprises may develop in future, and also a reference for the related enterprises which hope to implement in the Russian e-commerce.
