Corporate Social Responsibility Report Information Disclosure Comparison Research

With the improvement of life level and the development of social economy,the public begin to lay stress on the enterprises to take on social duty and the voice to disclose their responsibility fulfillment is increasing.Whether the enterprises can take the responsibilities to control pollution,to save energy,to maintain the social fairness and to ensure emplyees' welfare becomes an important condition for the enterprises to gain justifiably good reputation.As the real estate industry is a basic industry which concerns national economy and the people's livelihood,stakeholders are increasingly aware of the importance of enterprises' social responsibility and responsibility fulfillment.The methods of this research will adopt case studies.Collections of two real estate enterprises including Shenzhenye and Wanke will be analyzed to support the research.First of all,systematic comparison will be taken between Shenzhenye and Wanke in responsibility fulfillment.Then those two enterprises will be compared in detailed indicator according to a list indicating Responsibility Fulfillment Professional Evaluative System published by Shanghai Evening Post.Last but not least,the conclusion of the research will be given,and recommendations will be listed as well.According to benchmark management method,Shenzhenye sets Wanke an example to find out shortage and gaps between them and get inspiration from Wanke.Gradually they realise thedisclosure of enterprises' responsibility fulfillment can promote business performance to grow.Good awareness of public responsibility can arouse the enthusiasm of disclosure of enterprises' responsibility fulfillment.What's more,the diversity of communication methods with stakeholders is also helpful for disclose enterprises responsibility fulfillment.Generally speaking,to an industry-leading enterprise like Wanke,its superiority can not represent the improvement of the whole industry.However,its shortage can reflect the drawbacks for the majority enterprises.The paper is not only going to table a proposal for the co-exist problems which both Wanke and Shenzhenye have,set a single standard for the disclosure of enterprises responsibility fulfillment to make sure its completeness,but also will introduce a third party authentication mechanism.
