Research On Construction Industry Correlation Effect Based On Input-output Method

As one of the important pillar industries of our national economy, the construction industry plays an important role in the economic development. But because of the important position of the construction industry in the national economy, the construction industry has a close relationship with other industries, In other words, the development of the construction industry will have a greater impact on the development of other industries and the national economy. Therefore, the analysis of the construction industry, not only to grasp the development of the construction industry, but also to understand the interactive relationship between the construction industry and other industries, to find and evaluate the impact of the construction industry on the national economy. It is important for the construction industry and other industries coordinated development as well as the national economy health movement.First of all, this paper introduces the theory of industrial relevance and input-output analysis method, Based on the input-output table of Beijing in 2012, this paper try to adjust 42 sectors to 19 sectors according to the industrial classification for national economic activities, and then describes the relevant industrial related indicators by using mathematical method. Secondly Based on the newly established input-output table, the paper in-depth analysis the industrial structure、industrial linkage of Beijing’s construction industry by using initial investment structure coefficient、final outputs structure coefficient、intermediate input ratio、intermediate demand ratio、direct consumption coefficient、complete consumption coefficient、direct distribution coefficient、complete distribution coefficient、influence coefficient、induction coefficient and so on. Then, this paper will use input-output method to calculates the input-output index based on input-output table of Beijing in 2002,2005,2007,2010 and 2012,and then comparatively analyzes industrial structure, industrial relevancy and spread effect of Beijing’s construction industry. Finally, according analysis above, This paper deeply discuss the development of construction industry, and the paper makes a few suggestions for the development of construction industry and related industry, including change the production mode, establish the industrial support policies, explore the markets, strengthen the information construction, develop new building materials, etc.The research in this paper will strive to provide some references for Beijing municipal government to constitute development strategy, to guide the development of Beijing’s economic.
