A Study About Multi-regional Industry Relations Based On Input-output Analysis

To study regional industry to find out the characteristics of regional economic relationship, the effects of different industries in the influence and driving force in the economy. All of this can reflect the characteristics of regional economic linkages in a more micro level. And it is important to formulate reasonable policies for a better regional development and industrial structures optimization across regions.It is important to study regional economic relationship from the industry angle.We can obtain dynamic effects of industries and regional industry characteristics systematically by studying relationship between output and input through input-output model.At present, there is no statistics on the trade flow between regional industries,but this is the key to construct a regional input-output table. To develop regional input-output model on the basis of estimating the regional trade flows between different industries through the correlation model. This paper analyzes the rationality of studying the regional industrial relations through the input-output technology.This paper also compares several trade flows estimation models. To develop a input-output model through using L-S model to estimate the trade flows, and using the transportation flows to estimate coefficient for a better the gravity direction.Applying the input-output tables of Jilin, Liaoning, Heilongjiang to establish a input-output table including 3 regions and 42 departments.We can obtain conclusions by input-output model.The industry trade active degree of 4 region and the whole active degree is consistent.The industry with a high inner influence degree concentrated on manufacturing. The output of the Jilin region has the most important influence on the industry relations the three regions, and Heilongjiang the weakest,etc.
