Farmers Decision-making Behavior Research In Rural Land Circulation Of Anhui Province

China's agriculture is entering a new stage of transforming from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture.The advantages of the household contract responsibility system gradually disappear,the phenomenon of extensive management of land and even leaving land unused highlighted.Farmland finely,farmers dispersed and extensive management couldn't meet the requirements for agricultural modernization,Establish a healthy and orderly farmland circulation system become a problem to be solved in the process of agricultural modernization in China.Effective rural land circulation to the transformation of the mode of rural economic development,transfer of surplus labor force and increase farmers welfare and accelerate the process of agricultural modernization is of vital significance.All over the country also carried out a large number of rural land circulation mode of exploration practice,In addition to the subcontract,transfer,exchange,rental,and other common patterns,Land trusts,land banking,new patterns of family farms are constantly emerging.According to statistics,as of the end of June 2014,the area has reached 380 million mu of farmland circulation,accounting for 28.8% of the national family contracted land area.The practice proves that the farmland circulation and moderate scale management is the only way to develop modern agriculture,it is advantageous to the optimize allocation of land resources and improve labor productivity,promote agricultural technology popularization and application and agricultural efficiency and farmers' income.The local government and farmers practice exploration from bottom to top,has provided valuable experience for the reform of farmland circulation system.However,our country's social and economic conditions,farmers are bigger difference in the thought idea,the farmers in the family characteristics,resources endowment is different,it will directly affect the farmers in actual behavior and decision making in the process of farmland conversion,which affect the effect of the advance and transfer of farmland circulation system.This article is from the above background,In the first and second chapter,analyzing the current situation of the development of China's farmland circulation system;Putting forward from the micro perspective,selecting farmers as the research object with the typical farmland circulation area in anhui province as a case study of ideas;Identified on the basis of the theory of planned behavior(TPB),and structural equation model(SEM)analysis of the decision-making behavior of peasant household production,different farmers decision-making process of farmland transfer mode and causes of the main differences between the research methods and research purposes.reviewing the research status at home and abroad and comb;and briefly introduces the present research situation in the area of farmland circulation and the main flow patterns.In the third and fourth chapter,first of all,based on the theory of planned behavior(TPB)build farmers decision-making behavior research theory frame of farmland circulation,and uses structural equation model(SEM),quantitative analysis of the main factors influencing the decision-making behavior of peasant household.In the fifth and sixth chapter,compare the main differences of farmers decision-making process under the different model,to analyze the causes of differences,and puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations.Survey and research results show that the use of social psychology theory of planned behavior(TPB)to build the structure equation model(SEM)to study the farmers of the circulation of farmland is reasonable and applicable;in four kinds of mode,the behavioral attitude and perceived behavior control and subjective norms three latent variable has a positive effect on the land circulation intention;But in a different mode,the influence of peasant household behavior attitude and perceived behavior control factors and subjective norm each are not identical,the influence degree of various factors on the circulation of intention is different;In practical work,should according to the results,targeted puts forward the improvement measures of the farmland circulation mode,improve farmers enthusiasm of farmland circulation,promote the implementation of farmland circulation system.
