In order to meet market demands and strengthen its competitiveness, a m odern corporate must work out a strategy of development that is driven largely by innovation. H in this research, after more than ten years' development, had experienced glorious performance. However, under the economic downward pressure and as a result of it s unsound system and mechanism, weak innovation drive force and funds issue, it currently runs into great tr ouble and is very hard to develop and grow. How does H get through the dif ficulty, inspire its pot ential, bring itself vigor and create new gloriousne ss? Now it is m ore important than ever before for it to make resear ch on innovation-driven de velopment strategy. Innovation drive is the internal power in corporate. Its core is sci &tec which includes science and tec hnology. It has rich connotations, including management innovation, system innovation and culture innovation, etc. Based on the theory and research on Chinese and foreign innovation-driven development strategy, and along with current politics, economic, cultural and technology c onditions, this research makes analyses on H from the ma cro and micro perspective, and then em ploys the SWOT and Michael Porter five fo rces model as well as theories on innovation-driven development strategy and finally determines for H the development strategy in the future, including dif ferentiation strategy, focus strategy, cost leadership strategy, unrelated diversification strategy, industry alliance strategy and inter-departmental collaboration strategy and what adjustment H should make based on the strategy determined. At the same time, this research analyzes the four key barriers H may runs into in im plementing the strategy, that is, the employee's resistance, production issue, human resource i ssue and funds issue. Regarding the above four key barriers, this rese arch comes to c ountermeasures and suggestions, which are cultivating co rporate culture to support the strategy, cross-training among employees, employee stock ownership plan and solving the funds issue through various financing platforms. It is hoped study and analysis in this resear ch can make some contributions to the formation of corporate innovati on-driven development strategy and provide some helps for H to cope with its crisis.
