This paper makes a discussion of the informational strategy of CNC Beijing branch in exploring the market of small and medium-sized enterprises based on strategy management science and marketing science.The introduction part of this paper tells us the paper background and significance. And then it briefly analyzes the situation of development and the policy background in the area of enterprises information, also introduces the status of informational market nowadays. At last, it points out the background and significance of enterprise transformation of CNC Beijing branch, and details the broadband business, a product of small and medium-sized enterprises information in CNC.The third and forth paragraph bring out the problems of small and medium-sized enterprises information strategy, make a analysis of these problems based on SWOT analysis and Michael Porter's Five Forces Model.At last , using the above results and the knowledge of marketing and sales, it gives a comprehensive evaluation of the market of small and medium-sized enterprises information strategy.
