Contract document is one of the most important documents in ancient China, and provides credit guarantee for many real rights and creditor's rights in the society. Therefore, it is not only a documentation with legal effects, but also a true reflection of the original appearance of social life at that time. In Chinese tradition, it is generally believed that women lie in a subordinate position in the social and family life, and have no say in real rights and creditor's rights. But the real life is in different poses and with different expressions. While in real life, a large number of original contracts record ancient Chinese women's participation in family economic activities in the traditional society of thousands of years. The female in the contracts of sale and purchase, mainly married women, have become the contract parties. At the same time, they generally take "the people" status, and have been in the process of striving for economic independence. Women play a very important role in the inheritance contract documents. They dominate the parent-child inheritance property analysis, or try to do their best in the choice of heir. At the same time they also obtain the property support from original family.
