By the development of modern society,companies are facing rapidly changing market factors,compared with single manager of companies,mutual coordination among the members of the management team has a more efficient strain,judgment and execution ability, excellent senior management team is of great significance to the success of the enterprise management. Strategic beliefs are the firm views, opinions and thinking mode of top managers to develop enterprise strategy through cognitive form in business activities, has an important significance for the business development of the enterprise. Executive team strategic beliefs, are not simple superposition of top management's strategic beliefs. In the enterprise development, team conflict directly affects the enterprise operating factors such as decision making, performance, and change the cognition of administrators and values,therefore also will affect the formation of the top management team strategic beliefs.Because of this, we can put the conflict theory as the breakthrough point of top management team.In this paper, on the basis of conflict theory, we set up top management team strategic beliefs form specific process model?and use the fuzzy cognitive map tools to describe the dynamic process of them. On different kinds of conflict for the strategic impact of faith, has made the hypothesis.We try to use company A as an example, to establish the fuzzy cognitive map,verify the conflict types for the correlation of strategic beliefs: 1.Task cognitive conflict has a positive correlation with the top management team strategic beliefs; 2.The process cognitive conflict has a positive correlation with the top management team strategic beliefs; 3. The relationship cognitive conflict has a negative correlation with the top management team strategic beliefs; 4. The task emotional conflict has a negative correlation with the top management team strategic beliefs;5. The task emotional conflict has a negative correlation with the top management team strategic beliefs; 6.The relationship emotional conflict has a negative correlation with the top management team strategic beliefs.
