With entrance into WTO, economic atmosphere in China has been changing much. Foreign competitors'penetration into China market brings more fiery competition, which makes domestic enterprises more difficult to survive. What's more, politics, society and technology in the world have been changing dramatically, which puts more press onto domestic enterprises. The trend of organization flat results in the fact that high-level managers have to be confronted with more tasks concerned with strategy decision-making. However, due to their limitation on collecting and analyzing information, it is more and more important to construct efficient high-level managers. In the thesis, on the basis of comparing team advantage and individual advantage, favorable status of construction of high-level team in enterprise's development is analyzed. Secondly, all kinds of conflicts in high-level team are introduced; a conclusion that cognitive conflicts can be used to improve coherence power and performance is drawn, so cognitive conflicts should be advocated. Thirdly, individual characteristics of high-level team are analyzed, and through empirical study. on high-level team of China retailing organization structure of high-level team accorded with domestic atmosphere is discovered. Finally, a fact that construction of high-level team is dynamic is pointed out, so high-level team will be confronted with difficult tasks in every grow stage. After conquering main difficulties in every grow stage, enterprise can be developed into next stage successfully.
