The industrial structure of Chinese pharmaceutical industry is being adjusted, there is a fierce competition between drugs. Under the pressure of cost, delivery and inventory, the requirements of the pharmaceutical enterprises must have the ability of quick response and scientific prediction, scientific sales forecasting has become the pharmaceutical enterprises to rationally allocate resources, provide important basis for the reasonable sales and production plan, the sales forecast has become an important factor to improve the core competence of pharmaceutical enterprises.In this paper, with the CRC Medicines Co of sales forecast system application as an example, to forecast sales of CRC Medicines Co, First, introduces the development situation of sales forecast in domestic and international, introduces the background of China's pharmaceutical industry and the sales status of CRC Medicines Co, and Some problems of CRC. Then introduces the sales forecasting system frames of CRC. using the time series forecasting model and grey forecasting model, forecasting the sales date of CRC products, analysis the effect of the forecast. Finally, give advice on sales forecasting system in the application process of CRC.
