Dupont Performance Evaluation Based On Improved Analysis System

Enterprise performance evaluation is a more popular topic of management accounting research.The cost of performance evaluation began to rise at 1930, a systematic analysis of the Du Pont system became popular, and then to around 1990 the Benchmarking, EVA and both financial and non-financial indicators, short and long-term dynamic and static indexes of comprehensive performance evaluation system, the balanced scorecard came out. Throughout the research scholars at home and abroad, it is not hard to see the performance evaluation research has been thrives.Therefore, whether for internal or external stakeholders in terms of operators, enterprises obtain true and reliable, objective and comprehensive, high-quality financial indicators are very important.Firstlly, analyze the origin of the performance evaluation of research and application at home and abroad and the present situation of policy development, introduce the basic theory of performance evaluation method and give the literature review, find the breakthrough point of the thesis. Secondly, integrated the experience of predecessors' research, in view of the shortcomings in the course of study, put forward using adding cash flow index that improved Du Pont analysis system for performance evaluation of the selected case. In this paper, KDX's case, the use of traditional DuPont analysis system and improved its annual DuPont analysis system were operating efficiency from 2011 to 2013 were evaluated. By comparing that to add cash flow indicators DuPont analysis system in the operating results reflect the quality of the enterprise, the more real and reliable, have an advantage over traditional analysis system. To some extent, this article summarizes the problems existing in the current performance evaluation, and puts forward corresponding Suggestions for improvement, the application of case analysis verified the improved practical rationality and feasibility of Du Pont analysis system.
