H Company Cash Flow Management Research

Cash flow management is the core of enterprise financial management,enterprises can not only pursue profits,profits without cash enterprises will lose liquidity,eventually leading to bankruptcy.Therefore,enterprises should focus on the management of cash flow research to enhance the liquidity of corporate funds to ensure the adequacy of cash flow,the value of the enterprise has an important role in upgrading.The thesis is specified in the research and analysis of H company cash flow management status.Based on existing cash flow management related theory,combined with the actual situation faced by H company,aimed to realize the existing problems and find the main reason of its cash management problem.Because of not setting up a set of perfect and reasonable cash flow management mechanism,and lacking of effective budget management of cash flow,cash flow velocity,flow system,analysis of cash flow and cash flow early warning mechanism,etc.,resulted in the operating cash flow's obstruction,low efficiency,lacking of security.Therefore,improving and perfecting the H company cash flow management is particularly important and urgent.Through the study of H company's cash flow budget,cash flow control,cash flow risk early warning system,synthesize three aspects of the current situation of the cash flow management theory at home and abroad for reference,on the basis of determining the goal of perfecting H company's cash flow management,to perfect budget management of cash flow,cash flow control system and the establishment of the cash flow analysis and risk early warning mechanism,which is served for logical line.Building H company's cash flow management system,in order to solve the problems existing in the management of cash flow of H company,improving the management of H company's cash flow,ensure the liquidity of the company,laying foundations for the company's sustainable development and the increase of enterprise.The thesis is specified in the discussion and demonstration of the Cash flow management system based on the perfected cash flow management system and H company's external environment(including Industry market environment,social legal environment,financial environment)to make sure the perfected cash flow management system can get an effective operation.In view of the problems existing in the cash flow management of H company,and thecash flow improvement measures can be effectively implemented for analysis gives the perfect measures to improve the corporate value of H company's cash flow.
