| In recent years, there are a lot of food safety problems in our country which was led by the wrong use of food additives, such like melamine, Sudan and clenbuterol et al.These problems harm consumers' life and health seriously, hit consumers' confidence,reduce residences' happiness, lead to a lot of bad social influences. So it becomes an anxious problem that how to improve the regulation of food additive to raise food safety level in our country.Based on the conclusion of food additives regulatory system, this paper makes an analysis of the deep reason of food safety problem led by wrong use of food additive.According to these reasons, this paper talks about authentication system in food additives regulation: first, we theoretically analyze the effect of authentication system to solve food additives regulatory problem in our country; second, we analyze the practicability from the aspect of technology and consumer. In the analysis of consumer aspect, this paper use CVM(contingent valuation method) to get consumers' WTP(willing to pay) to authentic food, collect 369 consumers' data from 16 cities in Anhui province. Then we use binary logistic and ordered logistic model to empirically analyze the influential facts of consumers' WTP.The result shows that authentication system is applicable for food additive regulation in our country. On one hand,the application is helpful for food additive regulation in our country. On the other hand, the basic feasibility of test technology and consumers' some extent of WTP prove the maneuverability of the system. According to the conclusion, to low down the probability of food safety problem led by the wrong use of food additive, this paper shows relative suggestions, mainly including our government could try to build the authentication system and could make more deep research on the system at the same time to let the system fully play a positive part in food additive regulation and make some improvement to the problem in the system. |
