| Nowadays, the rapid development of the packaging industry is depending on automatic technology. Automation is widely used in packaging industry, because of efficiency and energy saving. Domestic and international packaging industry is also developed toward fullautomation. Major food companies have applied packaging mechanization and automation for powdery, granular and massive product, especially in packaging of milk production. For manufacturers, the main tasks of business operation is productivity. packaging is one of the important way to improve running efficiency for productivity. Therefore, improving production efficiency through optimization of packaging line become the key processing in food companies.In this paper, by analyzing the domestic dairy enterprises packaging automation status and solve the problems of packaging to carry out the research for this topic, namely based on the production line balance theory, automation technology, automation equipments in China and abroad, the traditional canned milk powder packing production line optimize, explore and solve a dairy existing milk powder packing production in the presence of low production efficiency and automation degree is not high. First, based on the basic theory of the optimization of the production line, the operation status of the existing milk powder packing production line is analyzed, and the unbalance rate and load factor of the production line are analyzed. The production cycle of current production line is 31.6s, the balance rate is 75%, and the production line load factor is 0.25. Secondly according to the impact of the packaging production workshop to find the bottleneck of the production capacity of the production capacity of the bottleneck, one by one to optimize the bottleneck station. Eliminate the production process in excessive waste and non value added activities, products are not up to standard rate fell to 0,packaging production cycle shortened 48.4%, 87.1% increase in production, production line balance rate increased by 24%; and explore the optimal operation parameters of packaging production bottleneck stations the introduction of automated machinery and equipment;improved human-computer time-consuming inconsistent work; according to the principle ofspatial layout improved materials, finished goods import and process to solve the material and finished goods import and mutual influence, personnel cross operations in packaging production efficiency is low. Improving the optimized packing production line of work environment and workshop according to the principle of "5S"; at the same time to promote the employees to participate in the study of "5S", improve staff professionalism and enthusiasm for work; finally this topic before and after optimization of transformation of packaging production results of qualitative and quantitative analysis, for enterprises to comprehensively promote the optimization of production line transformation, lean production provides reference basis and technical guidance.The results of this study can also be used for reference to the improvement of production efficiency and management level of enterprises in China. |
