Research On The Method Of Improving The Electricity Recovery Mechanism Of Enterprise Users

Electric charge,as the main income of power supply company, is an important evaluation index and the final link of operating results. The full recovery of electric charge is the important support for the company's current profit and long-term development.Through exploring the reasons of arrears, with researching the customer's credit model, credit management and analyzing the new payment methods, this thesis tries to find out a solution to the problem of electric charge, furthermore, to improve the mechanism of corporate clients'electricity recovery.First of all, based on the research of current energy supply and arrears situation, the associated problems will be investigated from both perspectives of power supply company side and the clients side.Secondly, propose solutions from the following three aspect:strengthening communication and coordination within inside and outside the company; raising staff incentive mechanism, increasing the intensity of remote monitoring.Moreover, focused on credit management system, the enterprise credit model based on risk control will be established. With credit rating system, prepare contingency plans, take different reminding and service mode from varied credit rating grade, and improve the efficiency of the electricity recovery.Finally, through analyzing all electricity recovery methods, reasonably choose and put forward the new payment methods, to fundamentally solve the electricity problem of the power supply company.
