With theory of project management, the thesis makes a study on the implementation of early warning and evaluation on charge collection risks for Langfang Power Supply Company. On basis of customers' credit rating, the thesis brings forward charge collection risk identification index system and early warning model, giving advices on controlling and managing of customer's electricity charge risk.
