The international trade of China has been surplus for a long time, China's export absorbs the attention of the world, and manufacturing export devotes much for it, with China economic reform and its participant in WTO, the expanding trade environment makes the manufacturing industry develop more rapidly. As the important part of the secondary industry in China, the manufacturing industry makes a huge contribution to the development of the national economy, which increases the employment rate, GDP, and also influences other industries. In recent years, the export of manufacturing grows quickly, even though it appears obvious decrease facing the world financial crisis, the whole trend has been increasing. The wage level of manufacturing is also increasing, under this circumstances, it is important to talk about whether there is relationship between export and the wage level. So this article focuses on the influence of export on the manufacturing wage level, and finds that there is a negative correlation between them. Further research divides manufacturing into three parts, which has different features, they are labor-intensive manufacturing industry, capital-intensive manufacturing industry and technology-intensive manufacturing, and the result is still the same as the former result to some extent. The structure of this article could be divided into three parts, the first part is about theory, which includes the present and classical theory of international trade. The second part is about empirical analysis, in this part the regression model is introduced, and related data from 2004 to 2013 is used. The last part talks about the regression result and provides some policy suggestions for the manufacturing development.
