Manufacturing industry in China is facing a new round of industrial revolution, since network production and professional services have already been integrated by emerging IT technology and maturing cloud environment. Needs and resources during manufacturing process can be serviced to promote the multi-enterprise collaboration mode to the transformation and upgrading process of manufacturing industry gradually, which particularly reflected in the complex manufacturing industry. It is not only an important opportunity to accelerate the development of the manufacturing sector, but also a serious challenge of management of manufacturing industry upgrading the transformation. In order to break the drawbacks of task push mode of traditional one-way and static task assignment,and to match and coordinate the rationalization of task assignment from a perspective of resource supply and demand, it is necessary to study how to make a good match between service supply and demand of complex products for collaborative tasks. For this purpose,the complex manufacturing project under cloud environment is taken as background, and multi-enterprise collaborative manufacturing tasks are taken as object. The method of task allocation under cloud environment is proposed, which based on two-sided matching of service supply and demand, to solve problems such as complex collaborative relationship and high coordination cost which caused by deleting efficient task allocation.Firstly, the requirement of dynamic task allocation is proposed by analyzing the characteristic of the complex manufacturing task under the cloud environment and the management requirement of complex manufacturing task, which through three aspects of refining task decomposition rules, mapping service supply and demand, and optimizing task allocation strategy. Secondly, the service providers collection in accordance with the atomic task service needs is established by the most fine-grained decomposition of manufacturing tasks and matching service needs and service capabilities on the basis of mapping. Thirdly, a model of manufacturing task assignment is established according to the theory of two-side matching, and a dynamic matching method of service supply and demand of manufacturing task is designed through unlimited supply-side matching and limited demand-side matching.Finally, the stability of the service supply and demand matching result is tested from a perspective of the completeness of a method, thus the manufacturing task allocation result can meet the requirements of maximize satisfaction and stability. So a valid assignment ofcomplex manufacturing tasks in the multi-enterprise collaboration organization will come true finally. A case study is also conducted in the paper for tasks and atomic tasks allocation of a task decomposition line in an automobile factory in Nanjing.The theoretical system of complex manufacturing task allocation is improved by this paper, which also provides a theoretical basis for the management of multi-enterprise collaborative manufacturing task, and offers a practical guidance for allocating collaboration manufacturing tasks scientifically and optimizing complex collaboration relationship.
