With the global economic integration and the rapid development of science and technology,great changes have taken place in the core of competition,development strategy and technological focus of manufacturing enterprises.Machine tool equipment,as the mother machine of manufacturing industry,is the basis of national economic development,especially industrial economic development.However,at present,China's machine tool equipment industry is large but not strong,is in the low-end of the global value chain to high-end transition,from Chinese manufacturing to China's intelligent manufacturing,from the manufacturing power to the manufacturing power of the key historical period,but also bear the return of the manufacturing industry in developed countries and emerging economies engulf the market double pressure.Power.Therefore,no matter from the overall development trend of the international machine tool equipment industry,or from the actual needs of the transformation of traditional manufacturing enterprises,the vast number of machine tool equipment manufacturing enterprises in China have huge development space.SY Machine Tool Group,as the largest machine tool equipment manufacturer in China,has been able to initially meet the needs of enterprise management in network communication,database,CAD/CAPP/CAE,ERP,OA and other information construction.However,there are still some gaps between SY Machine Tool Group and the top 500 enterprises in the world in terms of application scope and level.Therefore,through the analysis of enterprises,it is imperative to apply the information technology currently possessed by enterprises,formulate and implement work standards,and carry out meticulous and strict project management.This paper firstly introduces SY Machine Tool Group and analyzes its existing problems,then optimizes the framework design of task decomposition,reorganization and matching through the whole life cycle theory.Firstly,the task assignment status of SY machine tool in cloud manufacturing environment is analyzed,and the task is decomposed from structure-process by mapping method,and the result is analyzed.Then the task execution order is determined by designing the mechanism matrix and fuzzy task sorting algorithm,and the conflict problem in the process of task reorganization is resolved by introducing game theory.Finally,a two-stage matching model for cloud manufacturing tasks based on knowledge reuse is proposed by constructing a knowledge base,and the matching results are analyzed and compared.This paper studies the task assignment of SY machine tool group under cloud manufacturing environment,and provides a set of management scheme for improving the task execution efficiency of SY machine tool group.
