Research On Ship Block Building Job Shop Scheduling System And Its Key Technologies

The development of Shipbuilding industry is one of the important embodiments of the country's economic and comprehensive technical strength. Driven by changes in market demand, shipbuilding technology has been changing along the way of“manual-mechanical-automation-intelligent” and traditional production management theory and methods have been difficult to adapt to the needs of the times. We must reference to advanced manufacturing technology and management theory in order to improve the production efficiency and resource utilization of domestic shipbuilding enterprises. At present, most of the ships are constructed by the block construction mode in Chinese shipyards. Because of the complex process and characteristic of spatio-temporal coupling of ship block building process, it has become one of the bottleneck problems in shipbuilding. In addition, unsuitable scheduling mechanism and lack of intelligent scheduling system brought some constraints to efficient management of shipbuilding process. For these reasons, rationally distributed each kind of resources in ship block building process and reasonably manage the process is one of the key measures for shorten the shipbuilding cycle and improve the competitiveness of China's shipbuilding industry. Studying on the working process of ship block building workshop,this papar proposed a computer assisted scheduling method based on intelligent scheduling system, in order to complete the research process from theoretical research to method design, and then to technical realization. Main research works are as follows:Firstly, analysis the scheduling process and characteristics of the block building workshop through investigating the shipyard and collectting building information. Study on the modeling technology of space scheduling for block building workshop, and the standardized description is given. Combined with two aspects of space and time constraints in the block workshop scheduling process and aimed for the shortest total building time, established a mathematical model for the scheduling problem of block building workshop.Secondly, design a heuristic anthropocentric algorithm based on Spatio-temporal constraint in the way that combined with heuristic rules and algorithms strategies, in order to solve the layout problem of blocks in workshop and complete the process from inputblock information to output block plan. The algorithm is designed by using programing language VC# and proved its practicability and validity by using actual data.Thirdly, according to actual situation and specific needs of block building processs,the development program of scheduling system which is suitable for modern shipbuilding mode is designed. Based on the block scheduling model and scheduling algorithm, using digital means to complete the intelligent management of the scheduling process in block building workshop. The ship block building job shop scheduling system is developed on Visual Studio platform and designed by VB.net language and combined with SQL to establish the database of block building simulation information. The system has the functions of information management, plan preparation, plan search and plan management.By using the computer aided programming technology, scheduling process in block building workshop is completed based on the intelligent system.
