From 2009 to 2014, The Great Northern Wilderness Foodstuff Co., Ltd. had been developing form a diminutive grain reserves company, with only 5grain depots in reclamation area, to a corporate champion in the field of grain trade in Heilongjiang province under the background of excellent hardware and advantageous national polices. Some problems exposed continually as the sharp increase of business, such as outmoded business philosophy, un-oriented marketing strategy and un-advanced marketing strategy. Only keeping up with times, with the change of marketing philosophy and the improvement of marketing strategy, can a company find a way to break through existing straitened circumstances.This thesis will utilize PEST module analysis method to elaborate the external environment of main products. The result indicates that the Foodstuff Group will still has marketing advantages in a period based on advantageous policies, but current marketing strategy and marketing management will be choke points for further development. Policy trends show that foodstuff field will be further market-oriented. The Foodstuff Group should change marketing systems from productive quality-oriented to satisfactory customers' requirement-oriented in order to adapt to change from sellers' market to buyers' market. Adjusting marketing strategy, consummating deficiencies and making best use of the advantages and bypassing the disadvantages can realize sustained and stable further development. This thesis indicates existent objective limitations during process of upgrading the software of improving the system, through the evolution of history for traditional foodstuff group and analysis for particular property.This thesis points out, from exterior to interior, current problems of marketing system of The Great Northern Wilderness Foodstuff Group Co., Ltd. based on its reality. On the problems of marketing system limitation by exterior condition and some concrete interior problems, this thesis proposes feasible improved plans. At the same time, it builds a customer system to keep up with the fact of the Group. The thesis puts up with some references for the Group to utilize improved measures.
