| The current development of China's banking industry has become more and more competitive. In order to avoid the homogenization competition, all of the commercial banks have innovative products to enhance the core competitiveness. As a result, supply chain finance is vigorously developed by al of the commercial banks in recent years, which innovatively introduces the third party logistics enterprise and effectively integrates the logistics, information flow and capital flow to improve financing efficiency and reduce risk by providing customized financial management service. Supply chain finance has become one of the most important business of commercial banks at home and abroad, and the study on it is of great significance.Base on XX Bank's supply chain finance business, this paper is written with theories and cases.
