The rapid development of social economy are quietly changing people's consumption concept, consumer demand for product brand visual image is increasingly high, along with the rise of the industrial revolution of the packaging design, if brand want to get long-term and healthy development, a unique culture and innovative packaging design is particularly important. For a brand of regional culture can bring great influence, because of geographical and cultural region is a unique spiritual treasure, it's the long time accumulation and inheritance wisdom of the local people, reflecting regional culture in Packaging Design not only to make a brand of cultural value individuality and vitality, but also can inherited regional culture in the modern brand packaging design, develop and spread.In this paper, based on the real brand Broadcom cookies as the object of study design, according to the biscuit market investigation and study to creat it's sub-brand “met”. With the topic of "If I met you in Baoding", tailored a set of novel innovative packaging for the brand. In this paper, combine the Broadcom cookies with its geographical and cultural producer Baoding, and select the name of Famous Scenic Sites of Baoding regional cultural elements to extracted, manifested in the form of illustrations, and integrate into the "met" packaging design. This new form of biscuit packaging design allow consumers to enjoy the food at the same time to be able to feel the full package of Baoding culture, and to experience the fun of the Baoding scenic illustrations of immersive fun. This interactive scene of packaging design bring consumers a unique experience, at the same time, not only the Broadcom biscuit sub-brand "met" brand visual image upgrade to a new level, but also to enhance the conservation of cultural and aesthetic values of Baoding Regional Product. Make Baoding regional products industry a better management and development, let the Baoding attractions and heritage have better protection, let the spiritual culture of Baoding get better publicity and promotion.
