Accounts receivable financing is a typical model of the supply-chain financing.The risk assessment methods changes from focusing on one enterprise's level of assets and financial situation to paying attention to the whole state of the supply-chain which the enterprise is involved in. Banks are more focusing on the upstream suppliers and the trades of core enterprise.On the basis of the authenticity of the contract, the bank considers the core enterprise and the supplier's credit level to make financing decisions in order to ease the traditional credit risk caused by asymmetric information.With the rapid development of Internet technology, the informatization and intelligentize of banks are reaching a higher level. So the supply-chain finance joins the online elements more.Online supply-chain finance is efficient, convenient and shares lower cost for enterprises and banks. But at the same time, the control of credit risk has become a challenge for commercial banks. This paper is conducting a study about the online risk management of pledge of accounts receivable financing,the S Corporation and A Corporation that participating the L bank online accounts receivable pledge business and the bank financing process of L are analyzed by the application case study. It pointed out that the business exists with respect to traditional credit strengths.By analyzing the case of L bank, the article also put forward the problems which appears in its credit risk management, including the lower online level, the lack of whole supply-chain study and the imperfect post-loan management.At last, the paper proposes to improve the construction of the online business platform of pledged accounts receivable,to perfect the design of business processes and to establish post-loan risk warning mechanism.
