Planning Countermeasures Research Of Rural Tourism For The Towns In Servere Cold Region

Recent years, lots of rural tourism project of different themes appear following the carring out of national policy about tourism-based towns. Compared to the tourism-based towns which locate in southern China, those towns in the servere cold region, especially the northern part of China, develop much more slowly, and much of the tourism resource are not developed properly. What are the common problem and the limition of the tourism-based towns in the servere cold region? How to adapt the industry structure to the development of tourism? What is the direction of the development of the tourism-based towns? All above the questions should be sloved if the tourism-based towns in the servere cold region want a better future.Firstly, this paper sorts out the related research of rural tourism, and then clear and define the hot spots and differences home and abroad. Thirdly, by means of differentiating and analyzing the similar and relational concepts, the final scope is confirmed. This paper also takes the tourism-based towns in the servere cold region as the object of study, and a lot of research about the development of the tourism resource and the infrastructure has been done, and finally a database comes out. The research reflects many issues such as the weak attraction, the boring activities, the untimely planning, and so on. According to the database, the tourism-based towns are divided into three diferent types. At last, the planning strategies focusing on three different towns which are representative the three types are formed.
