With the popularization of Internet and information technology, the amount of data produced by human activity is growing exponentially, and the birth of the concept of cloud computing, but also directly send us into the era of big data. "Big data" as the most fashionable words, came to permeate all walks of life, transforming a lot especially traditional industry management and operation of thinking.In this big background, the data also touched the nerve of the pharmaceutical industry managers, stirring the pharmaceutical industry managers thinking;Big data released the great value in the pharmaceutical industry to attract a lot of interest and concern of pharmaceutical industry.This paper mainly introduces the use of data warehouse technology for CRC double crane pharmaceutical industry to achieve a data analysis system, to provide leadership in services with high quality and efficiency of data analysis and decision support.Article mainly from the pharmaceutical characteristics of organization structure, profit model, medical data in four aspects, such as comprehensive analysis, combined with the characteristics of the data of the enterprise data warehouse system structure design, and puts forward the overall design and implementation of specific data warehouse process.Secondly, this article embarks from the pharmaceutical enterprise data, data according to its characteristics, design the ETL process and implements the incremental extraction technology, the key to solve the following questions: 1. The sampled with ETL tools and stored procedures to complete the data cleaning and transformation.2. By introducing the concept of the timestamp and slowly changing dimension can solve the problem of the increment of data extraction.this paper combined with the most advanced technology, from the design concept, design method, key technology and so on has carried on the thorough research, and combining theory and practice, the application of the research achievements of all to specific projects, successful for double crane pharmaceutical industry to build a data warehouse system.At the same time, this paper also points out the deficiency of the research, and on to the next step are put forward.
