With the rapid development of china's economy and internet finance, the commercial banks in china are suffering with intense pressure in operation. On the one hand, commercial banks can't meet the customers' various demands with single-channel strategy anymore, on the other hand, they have to reduce operating costs. In this case, multi-channel strategy will be the inevitable choice of most commercial banks. Through in-depth analysis of existing problems and challenges in commercial banks' channel strategy, the author propose the multi-channel strategy for china's commercial banks by learning advanced experience from other banks all over the world. That is: to unify the multi-channel management concept and set up corresponding mechanisms; to clarify the internet financial strategy and allocate the resources rationally; to strengthen the analysis and utilization of data; to control risks effectively. |
