Since 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,economic development has entered a new norm,“the supply side structural reform deepening,”Internet plus has become the new way of development,customer demand has the characteristics of diversification and differences,which affect the financial industry,including the development of all walks of life.Especially,all kinds of innovative financing channels,payment channels,investment and financing channels have been developing rapidly,causing great turmoil in the financial industry.How to establish the Internet financial business competition strategy in the traditional financial industry,how to use the Internet financial business to enhance the core competitiveness of the traditional commercial banks and enhance the operating income are the challenges facing the traditional businesses,including the JNNS bank.In recent years,JNNS bank has continuously increased its investment and development of Internet financial services,but through the analysis of the current development status of JNNS banking Internet financial services,it has been found that the current JNNS bank has fewer Internet financial services,narrow range,lack of high quality Internet Financial users and Internet financial products and services.The marketing means are single and lack of effective marketing skills.In order to ensure the better development of JNNS banking Internet financial business,it is very necessary to systematically study the competitive strategy of JNNS Bank Internet financial business.Taking JNNS bank as the research object,this paper studies the competitive strategy of Internet financial business,which is divided into six chapters.The first chapter gives a systematic introduction to the background,purpose and significance of the research,the research status quo at home and abroad,the research contents and research methods.The second chapter deals with the related theories of Internet finance,including the concept and characteristics of the Internet finance,the generalized financial theory,the commercial bank's Internet financial business model and so on.The third chapter makes a systematic analysis of the development status and strategic environment of JNNS bank's Internet financial business.Strategic environmental analysis includes macro environment analysis,internal environment analysis,industry environment analysis and SWOT analysis.The fourth chapter is based on the analysis results of the previous article and the developmentgoals of JNNS banking Internet financial business(including short-term,medium-term and long-term goals)to develop the JNNS banking competition strategy for the development of the Internet financial business.The fifth chapter puts forward corresponding strategic guarantee measures for JNNS bank to develop Internet financial business competition strategy.The sixth chapter summarizes the research findings and prospects for future research.Through the study of the Internet finance theory and the current situation of JNNS bank development and the existing bottleneck,this paper makes a systematic analysis on the competitive strategy environment of JNNS bank's Internet financial business,and then formulating the JNNS bank's Internet financial business competition strategy and the strategic implementation guarantee measures,which can make the JNNS bank make use of its own length.We should take advantage of the current development and seize the opportunities brought by the current economic transformation and usher in new opportunities for development.
