Study Of Vertical B2B E-Commerce Supply Chain Finance

With the rapid development of vertical B2 B e-commerce recently, many e-commerce marketplaces have achieved online transactions and transformed to a trading marketplace from a simple information platform. Supply chain finance is a critical service vertical B2 B e-commerce marketplaces provide, and an important profit source to them. SMEs are the active participants of vertical B2 B e-commerce, and they have strong liquidity needs. A robust vertical B2 B e-commerce supply chain finance system is important to the healthy development of SMEs in China. Vertical B2 B e-commerce supply chain finance, however, is just beginning in China and related theory is immature, so the study of vertical B2 B e-commerce supply chain finance is meaningful.Through the study of vertical B2 B e-commerce, supply chain finance, and the current status of domestic vertical B2 B e-commerce supply chain finance, this paper points out some problems may exist in the development of vertical B2 B e-commerce supply chain finance. To solve these problems, this paper constructs a strategy decision model and uses one real case to illustrate the use of the model.
