Under the influence of Islamic mercantilism, the Muslim migration is mainly for business and earning money. Although the Inter-provincial migration rate of the five provinces in the northwest of China are very low, Hualong in the Qinghai Province, breaking through the cultural resistance, keeps a high Inter-provincial migration rate by the way of Muslim noodles shops. As a representative of the labor flow form the rural to the urban and from the west to the east, the Muslim in the Hualong noodles shops not only have the common characteristic, but also have the religious and ethnic difference significantly. With years of immigration and development, Hualong Muslims in Guangzhou have already formed a Muslim ethnic economic community in the noodles shops. By the in-depth qualitative research methods, this paper has carried on a comprehensive study on the cause, the process and the social structure of the noodles shops ethnic economic in religious perspective.With the influence of religious dietary taboos and rituals, Hualong Muslims meet the need of internal consumption market and external consumption market through the noodles shops and realize their entrepreneurial dream. The study found that the Islam strengthens the social network in the ethnic economy, shapes a close community culture and limits the career choices of Muslims. Muslim noodles shops have a stable social relationships and common religious activity, social interaction, social psychological problems and integration problems. Based on the review of ethnicenclave, social integration, and the literature of Muslim immigrants, this paper attempt to enrich the particular knowledge of Muslim ethnic enclave economic, and to provide a new perspective of Muslim immigrants' social integration.
