| In 2014, the national catering income is 2.786 trillion, increase by 9.7 percent year-on-year, catering industry plays an very important role in acting regional economy, creating social wealth and other respects. Wuzhong is a real brand of "the hometown of hui nationality". Over 90 percent catering in Wuzhong is Muslim. Muslim catering is with Characteristics of unique flavor, food culture, strong geographic, ethnic characteristics and popular consumption, it brings remarkable economic benefits and social benefits for Wuzhong. Nowadays, with the state and opportunity of the constructions of Chinese Silk Road economic belt and Ningxia inland open economic experimental zone, Muslim catering of Wuzhong has a long way to go and has a bright future.This paper starts from the point of consumer purchasing behavior in Muslim catering, using theory of Customer Praxiology, Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory and Consumer satisfactional research. According to the facts of domestic and international research results and the situation of Wuzhong Muslim catering to designed a survey of consumer behavior of Wuzhong Muslim catering, then sampling investigation. For recycling of 279 effective questionnaires, by using Spass software to data entry, statistics analysis and through consumer buying behavior 6W2H analysis method to qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. This paper finally summarizes some consumer purchasing behavior characteristics and the present situation of Wuzhong Muslim catering. Based on the survey and investigation, it predicts the development trend of Wuzhong Muslim catering, put forward some specific recommendations such as product diversification, service standardization and individuation, strengthen the safety and health, improve the level of management, update the marketing concept, seeking depth development. |
