Over the past few decades, Chinese construction industry is booming,which greatly promoted the growth of the national economy. Faced with increasing land transfer cost, rising labor cost, people gradually raise awareness of energy conservation and environmental protection, international competitive pressures faced by the construction industry is growing. In order to improve the core competitiveness, new construction mode——prefabricated type construction emerged. As an important carrier of prefabricated buildings, components and parts have high cost of logistics and transport. So the research on the location selection of distribution center for components and parts is significant to reduce logistics cost and improve distribution efficiency.This paper researchs on the location selection of logistics distribution center for components and parts of construction enterprises, synthetically considerates the influence factors of the location from macro to micro, which based on analysing and summarizing the related research results of facility location and combined with the actual dynamic environment. The specific research contents as the following aspects:Firstly, this paper expounds the concept of construction parts, prefabricated assembly construction, dynamic programming and other related concepts, and analyzes the characteristics of the distribution center location in the prefabricated assembly construction.Secondly, in the first phase, the preliminary location selection mainly starts with the macro influence factors of the established distribution center(economy, policy, social and other aspects), and establishes the evaluation index system for construction enterprises distribution center primary, and uses rough set comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the preparation of selecting, selects the alternative points of high evaluation value as the second phase of the optional location.Thirdly, in the second phase, the research focus on the influence of time factors on the location of distribution center, a dynamic programming location model of distribution center with the goal of minimizing the total cost is established, and genetic algorithm is used to solve the model, finally achieve the specific location of construction enterprise logistics distribution center in different time periods, and the transportation quantity of various factories to various distribution centers and the transportation quantity of various distribution centers to various project sites.Finally, The proposed method and model of location planning research is utilized for logistics distribution center p lanning of construction enterprise C, through field research collection constructed by substituting the data model, using MATLAB software programming to solve. Then, ultimately determine the enterprise C to select and establish the specific number and loca tion of the distribution center in different period, as well as the number and scope of distribution services assigned by each distribution center.
