The view that the logistics is " the third profit source " of enterprises is approved by people gradually. Logistics distribution center location, the end in logistics system, has an apparent influence on the logistics cost of the whole system, so it becomes the key point which excavates the source of this profit. The location of logistics distribution center has a strategic position in the plan and design of distribution center. And it greatly influences the operation of the distribution center.There are some mature methods in the logistics distribution center location at present, such as analytical method, linear programming method, heuristic method, simulation method, integrated factors measurement method. However, according to the models established by these mature methods of logistics distribution center location, either the models are static, which rarely reflect stochastic demand in the specific stage and the changes of stochastic demand between these stages, or even some scholars have put forth a number of dynamic models of the logistics distribution center location, but these models are complex, at the same time it is difficult to apply them to their practice.So thesis divides projection period of the logistics distribution center into some stages on the basis of market stochastic demand characteristic, then starts with stochastic needs in different stages and at the same time uses the hybrid intelligent algorithm to simulate and solve this problem, finally inverts the dynamic location of multi-stages problem into the shortest path problem. The model, which bases on the dynamic programming technology of the multiple periods, selects the best location from many available programmers to attach the goal. It is that logistics distribution center must the stochastic needs of different periods and will try to min the cost and at the same time take into account the implementation of the programmer.
