Credit business is one of the most important business of commercial banks,at the same time it creates income for commercial banks, but also bring risk to the operation of commercial banks, especially in the face of fierce competition in the market the moment, some commercial banks in order to increase revenue expand the number of loans, appearing the phenomenon of "heavy light tube",then this increased the risk of non-performing loans increased by commercial banks. Therefore, credit business risk management, especially after the loan risk management has been promoted by many commercial banks to the important agenda. In recent years, with the rapid development of credit business,non-performing loans of CCB Heilongjiang branch also continues to grow and the defect of post-loan management is one of the important reasons. Therefore, it is necessary to deeply study the post-loan management, and strengthen the bank's ability to resist risks.This paper first analyzes the construction bank branch in Heilongjiang Province post-loan management present situation, including the status of credit operations and post-loan management of current practices. Secondly, according to the status of post-loan management CCB branch in Heilongjiang Province,analyzes the existing problems and causes of post-loan management. The main problems include: post-loan management consciousness is not strong; post-loan management system implementation is not in place; the risk of early-warning capacity is weak; the overall quality of customer manager needs to be improved;post-loan management incentive mechanism is not scientific etc. There are many reasons that affected by the existing institutional mechanisms of state-owned banks, some defects exist in credit management structure, implementation of the system is not in place and human resources management is too weak. Finally, as for the existence of the problem and its causes, combined with the actual situation Construction Bank branch in Heilongjiang Province, several measures and suggestions can be put forward about post-loan management, including:changing the concept of post-loan management, strengthening the implementation of system, improving the risk early warning system, humanresource management and the incentive distribution mechanism.
