Domestic Trade Credit Insurance And Bank Factoring Cooperation Problem Research

With the development of market economy in our country, more and more buyer companies, in order to guarantee the funds liquidity, began to sell on credit settlement way, providing the premise condition for the cooperation of the domestic trade credit insurance and bank factoring. Although the insurance companies and banks think highly of the cooperation of the domestic trade credit insurance and bank factoring, but the cooperation of China's domestic trade credit insurance and bank factoring market share is still very low. Therefore, this article takes the cooperation of A enterprise, China's Ping An insurance company and The Bank of China as an example, analyses the practical problem, and puts forward that The Bank of China should clear the receivable way of money in the bank factoring and China's Ping An insurance company and The Bank of China should negotiate with each other about the terms of the insurance contract. Furthermore, the bank should increase the buyer's enterprise credit investigation and the whole society should build an active credit system to promote the cooperation environment of the domestic trade credit insurance and bank factoring.In this paper, the main structure is as follows: the first chapter expounds the background and significance of the existing literature, and puts forward the research methods; the second chapter discusses the connotation of the domestic trade credit insurance and bank factoring, and analyses current situation of the cooperation of China's domestic trade credit insurance and bank factoring; the third chapter takes the cooperation of A enterprise, China's Ping An insurance company and The Bank of China as an example, and analyses the practical problem; the fourth chapter puts forward that The Bank of China should clear the receivable way of money in the bank factoring and China's Ping An insurance company and The Bank of China should negotiate with each other about the terms of the insurance contract, besides, the bank should increase the buyer's enterprise credit investigation and the whole society should build an active credit system to promote the cooperation environment of the domestic trade credit insurance and bank factoring.
