The Research On The Cooperation Between Bank Factoring And Credit Insurance In Our Country

Recent years, the situation of world economy becomes more and more complex, the risk of foreign trade for enterprises are more and more. How to protect their own interests while enterprises expand the market of overseas? The appearance of bank factoring and credit insurance help enterprises solve this problem very well. But the actual situation in China is that there are many issues with the rapid development of bank factoring and credit insurance. The relationship between bank factoring and credit insurance are both competitive and complementary, which makes the cooperation between them is intriguing. Currently, the researches of cooperation and development about bank factoring and credit insurance are very few at home and abroad. So I decide to write this paper.The paper are composed by five parts:the first part is about background and significance of my research, and some researches of domestic and foreign scholars in this field; the second part is about the basis for cooperation of bank factoring and credit insurance, and the development of bank factoring and credit insurance in our country; the third part is about the issues of cooperation and development between bank factoring and credit insurance; the forth part is about the experiences of cooperation of bank factoring and credit insurance in Germany and Japan; in the last part, I make recommendations for the cooperation and development about bank factoring and credit insurance in China.
