In supply chain management, every cooperation member with own interests always intends to consider their own profit, so there must exist a lot of conflicts in the process of cooperation. Negotiation is one of the important approach to resolve those conflicts, which could not only achieve supply chain collaboration and keep good cooperation relation, but also enhance overall supply chain efficiency and competitiveness. What's more, the global manufacturing has increased the dynamic nature of supply chain system and the complexity of interaction, coordination and collaboration between the member companies, which affects the entire supply chain agility and lean. Therefore, the negotiation research among supply chain members is the key that multi-Agent can achieve coordination, collaboration, conflicts resolving and contradiction handling.First, we take actual needs of manufacturing supply chain into consideration and proposes a manufacturing supply chain concurrent negotiation model based on multi-Agent. This model supports continuous negotiation between one retailer and many manufacturers and satisfies negotiations under open and dynamic manufacturing supply chain environment, which has rather strong adaptability.Next, we deeply research negotiation strategy in order to provide an effective intelligent one for complex supply chain and a partner selection way. Taking limitation of time-dependent proposal strategy into account, we use Parzen windows algorithm to estimate opponent's reserve value, then combines with time-dependent proposal strategy to form dynamic linear weighted proposal strategy. Besides, considering work efficiency of coordinator, we utilize particle swarm optimization algorithm to adjust conceder strategy dynamically, which can optimize whole negotiation process and enhance work efficiency of coordinator. In addition, we propose an aggregate utility coordination strategy that can solve selection problem with same utility proposal, which ensures multiple concurrent negotiation threads can be conducted effectively.Last but not least, we examine the effectiveness of above three negotiation strategies by implementing model and algorithm, three performance measures including success rate, average utility and average negotiation time are discussed.We focus on several main aspects of one-to-many negotiation, including negotiation model, negotiation strategy and coordination strategy. Our research findings not only succeed to the results of predecessor, but also develop them and get new points, which have both theoretical and practical value.
