Procurment Process Managemant Of Company T's HVAC System Construction

With increasing competition in the HVAC industry and increasing customer requirements for HVAC systems, major HVAC manufacturers spent a lot of time in improving the HVAC system construction business. Building a whole HVAC system will certainly involve a large number of mechanical and electrical equipment. Therefore, it is unavoidable to involve a lot of procurement operations in the HVAC system configuration. Throughout the project management structure, project procurement management is one of the most important parts. It plays a decisive role in reaching the final effect of the project management effectiveness and objective. Meanwhile, the purchase is not only an important part of the company's cost control, but also an important source of profits. In the project procurement management, process management is the reason for the entire project procurement management's success.In this paper, we utilized the basic methods and theories of project management and process management based on the actual situation of Company T, combined with the specific case of its procurement process of HVAC system construction projects to carry out in-depth analysis, sorting the existing problems and deficiencies. Based on the actual project characteristics of Company T, combined with ABC analysis and rational Analytic Hierarchy Process to improve and perfect the existing procurement process management strategies, to further clarify the division of the procurement function, improving the inquiry, purchase review and audit of the budget process, standardize vendor comparison options, improved procurement processes and the establishment of procurement billing information and internal auditing system. Finally, provide more comprehensive procurement process management model and provide a guarantee for efficient and rigorous implementation of project procurement.
