| Angel investment means wealthy individuals invest their own funds in the original project or small start-up companies as direct equity investment. The practice of the United States and Europe has proven that angel investment is the most important and valuable sources of financing for early stage start-ups. With the recent innovation of Chinese emerging industries and fields, a lot of new investment opportunities come up. At the same time, the concept and role of angel investment, including major angel investment funds and individual angel investors is rapidly being well known. This contributed to the whole society, especially the entrepreneurial atmosphere of younger generation. Angel investment also boom in China.Compared to the United States and Europe, Angel investment in China started late, when undergoing a leaping development recent years. Behind Chinese angel investment booming, the domestic systematic theoretical study and summarize is still scarce. Relatively research in China is not rich as The United States and Europe.Based on the need of angel investment in the real situation, this thesis begins a comprehensive research on angel investment model with a perspective of mobile game angel investment. This thesis includes five parts. The first part combine the review of research related to angel investment at home and abroad, to set the foundation for following research. The second part systematically describes the angel investment and the status quo of China angel investment. The third part summarizes the status of the mobile game industry as well as the angel investment practice in this industry which leads to the existing problems. The fourth part focus on angel investment model research on mobile game industry, combined with the real investment case study. The fifth part proposes countermeasures and suggestions for the mobile game angel investment. This thesis aims to provide a more specific guideline to the real practice of angel investment. |
