An Evaluation Of The Investment Value Of Angel Investment In College Students' Start-ups

In recent years,the angel investment industry in China has developed rapidly.The increasing number and scale of financing need to find a good investment enterprise.With the increasing number of College Students' start-ups,the demand for funds has become more and more important for college students' start-ups.The government level of tax relief and preferential,bank loans have been difficult to meet the capital needs of college students,the two are imperative for docking.In the face of the founding of college students,a set of evaluation methods for the investment value of the college students' initial enterprise needs to be studied.This paper from the perspective of the angel investment subject with great investment value evaluation index selection is analyzed in theory,analyzed the university student entrepreneurs' traits,a preliminary operation,enterprise project great entrepreneurial industry path on College Students' start-up investment value,and to identify the value of the investment.Secondly,we use the data obtained from the angel investment organization questionnaire survey for empirical analysis,focusing on AHP to evaluate the importance of related indicators of College Students' value creation ability.Thirdly,it has been applied to the value evaluation of A big venture.Finally,based on the perspective of creating value for angel investment,this paper puts forward suggestions on improving the investment value of enterprises from aspects of entrepreneurs' trait training,business operation skills upgrading and entrepreneurial industry selection.Through the investigation and analysis of angel investment institutions,it is found that the investment value indicators of College start-ups in personality attributes,the persistent attitude,diligent and upright conduct and emotional stability of college students are the focus of investigation;the opportunity identification,political ability and risk bearing ability of the entrepreneur are the focus of the investigation;the degree of professional compliance in professional attributes is the focus of investigation:the family background is focused on the level of family life and the type of career that parents engage in;personal experience focuses on the entrepreneur's personal practice.In terms of financial attributes,business scale and entrepreneurial team experience and core human resources are important aspects of angel investment.Trade entry barriers,future market growth and technological advancement are more important in the two categories of industry model and industry attribute.
