Operations management is the core and the basis of commercial bank business activities. From a broad perspective, the commercial bank operation management includes providing financial services to the customers, creating wealth for shareholders, and risk prevention for its own steady operations. Commercial banks manage element permutation and combination through the operation management to ensure the realization of business objectives. Therefore, the exceptional abilities of operation management have become the key to the commercial Banks in the competition.Due to the dramatically increased financial industry competitions among western countries, commercial Banks starts refactoring operation management system. The large domestic commercial Banks learnt from the experience of the foreign commercial Banks, adjusted with their local conditions and development goals, systemically reformed their operation management mode. Comparing to the large domestic commercial Banks, rural commercial Banks started relatively late in the implementation of operational management model transformation.
