As China 's economic development enters a new normal,customer demand is escalating,and the banking industry is facing multiple pressures such as narrowing interest margins,declining profitability,intensifying inter-bank competition,and Internet financial shocks.The operational reform of commercial banks is the inevitable combination of these driving forces.The business expansion and innovation of traditional commercial banks are restricted by the decentralized operation model.Some domestic commercial banks took the lead in drawing on the advanced experience of foreign operation reforms,and successively established their own centralized operation centers to migrate some of the front-end operations and risk control links to the background,and gradually realized the business operation mode of centralized background operations.The process of commercial banks' implementation of centralized back-office operations does not happen overnight,which will face various limitations from operating costs and business risks.Therefore,the dilemma faced by this model in practice is analyzed and combined with this The status quo of the operation of the model and how to construct a good centralized operation mode has great reference significance for commercial banks to implement centralized operation in the background.Based on the analysis of related theories such as operation management theory,process reengineering theory,and constraint theory,combined with the current status of the operation of Z Bank's centralized operation model,this paper points out its existing problems.Based on this,this article explores the relevant improvement strategies and implementation path.This article draws three conclusions:(1)The centralized operation mode fully realizes the advantages of industrialized banking operations,and has achieved good results in improving business processing efficiency,effectively controlling business risks,and saving overall operating costs..From the practical experience of international and domestic commercial banks,the centralized operation model has become a strong support for commercial banks to obtain market competitive advantages.(2)Bank Z should actively promote the reform and innovation of the basic operating system,promote the integration and integration of the entire business process,build a "comprehensive,accurate,and real-time" big data intelligent operation risk management and control system,build a new mode of intensive operation management,and build intelligence Accounting operation management platform.(3)Domestic city commercial banks are limited by their own resources and business factors.They face various challenges in carrying out operational reforms.Most city commercial banks' basic technology platforms are in the construction stage,and data collection functions are still in progress.Not working.Therefore,the focus of China's urban commercial bank operation reform is how to digitize products and then complete the collection of customer data.
