Forecast Research On The Demand Of Urban Development Land Of Xuzhou City Zone

The increase of level of urbanization needs the input of land which is a basic resource. Urban development land is the most important one among the various kinds of land resource because of its extensive usage and it concerns the development of cities. This thesis takes the Xuzhou City Zone as an example and the research object and finds that the amount of urban development land had exceeded the limit of management policies which is curtained by the Land Usage General Program of Xuzhou City by using the method of RBF neural network. In this situation, the further development is more and more harder than ever before. Basis on this conclusion, digging the potential usage of land, promoting the transition of the secondary industry, improving the land management policies on the basis of national policies, structure adjustment of urban development land are needed to be done. This thesis means to do a bit of contribution to the management of urban development land of Xuzhou City.Starting from the current situation of urban development land of Xuzhou City, from the view of Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province and Huaihai Economic Zone, this thesis collects data and calculates various kind of index in order to cross correlation analysis. On the basis of current research results and the basis information of Xuzhou City, we start the process of correlation analysis in order to find factors which affect the demand amount of urban development land of Xuzhou City. At last, collect data of affecting factors and bring them into the RBF Neural Network when the data process is done and get the simulation result. With the data result, the basis information of urban development land of Xuzhou City, national land management policies, this thesis make suggestion about improving the management of urban development land of Xuzhou City.First of all, by using the literature analysis, current research results are known. And on this basis, from the view of Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province and Huaihai Economic Zone, description analysis are made on the data which concerns the urban development land and bring them into the calculation model and get the score of each cities in the time period. After this step, data analysis is done by using the method of correlation analysis and GRA in order to make sure the affective factors which concern the demand of urban development land. Then process the data by using normalization, principal component analysis and data fitting. When the data process step is done, bring the data into the neural network and get the final simulation result. Finally, make cross correlation with the limit data and make management suggestions about the urban development land.
